ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in October 2024 after spending several years as a team member with State Farm. Prior to insurance, I worked in sales, which helped shape the competitive and customer-focused mindset I bring into the agency today.
I attended University of Dayton and am happily married. My wife is heavily involved in the agency, and we even have an office dog named Mini who helps keep the environment fun and welcoming. I stay very active in the local community through the Chamber of Commerce and participation in community events throughout town. Building strong local relationships and staying involved is an important part of our agency culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
