ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in October 2024 after spending several years as a team member with State Farm. Prior to insurance, I worked in sales, which helped shape the competitive and customer-focused mindset I bring into the agency today.
I attended University of Dayton and am happily married. My wife is heavily involved in the agency, and we even have an office dog named Mini who helps keep the environment fun and welcoming. I stay very active in the local community through the Chamber of Commerce and participation in community events throughout town. Building strong local relationships and staying involved is an important part of our agency culture.

As an Account Representative for Ben Gialanella State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
